Found this item a while back, research=no avail, looks like an Air Force Eagle, but I may be wrong. The flip-side has 2 pins, and the following,,,

This is a U.S. Army rank insignia, E-4 or Specialist Fourth Class. Fourth from the bottom of the totem pole.
