As most you know, This year has been an awesome year for me metal Detecting. I have found almost ever thing on my dream list. A 1909 S VDB in XF condition, a gold coin, 2 Diamond ring's, lots of old silver, and 3 large cents and a 1773 British 1/2 cent to name a few. I couldn't have done all that without the help of my Explorer II. With that being said, I have had quite a few issues with my Explorer II this year. I have sent back to Mine Lab for repairs 5 times. Each Time I have sent it, I have gotten nothing but the best customer service imaginable. I have had the circuit Board replaced, the coil replaced twice, the wiring fixed, and the face front renewed. All at different times. This kind of stuff just happens sometimes in life and theres not allot you can do. Then last week the sound went on my detector. I contacted Mine Lab Via E-mail and they called me back by Phone. Sandra was the best yet. She took the time out of her busy schedule to walk me through and analyze what the problem might be. Now how many Company's, Customer Service departments will do that. After we narrowed it down to what the problem might be. She said, That I've had enough, that Mine lab was going to send me a new Computer housing unit all together. Basically a new machine. Wow Was I stunned. To fix it would have been more than enough. This is what I'm talking about when I say Mine Lab is taking care of there customers. She's also mailing a UPS Label out ahead of time with the new unit so there will be no charge for shipping the old unit back. If you have ever have any doubts whether Mine Lab takes care of there customers, Don't. Just throw that idea out the window. It's an overwhelming YES!!! Sandra also gave me some great tips on how to noise cancel in different areas of the country, and how the Explorer II acts in different ground environments. All I can say is awesome!!! There is no doubt in my mind that Mine Lab has got the best Customer service in the world.
Thank you Sandra,
and Thank you Mine Lab.
