Talk about awesome service. I sent my Mine Lab Explorer II from Michigan To Las Vegas on Tuesday of last Week. I sent it Priority Mail. My Explorer II arrived there at 12:44pm on Thursday. They fixed it, and got it back to me Today, "Fixed". Wow!!!!! That's Fast. I would also like to thank personally, Dick Schultz for making this Happen so fast. Thanks Dick. If anyone ever has a question on how Mine Lab takes care of there customers, Here's your Proof. They really have there act together at Mine Lab in Las Vegas. Think about it, if you have a choice of machines and or Company's, Mine Lab wins, hands Down. It's not even close.
Thanks Mine Lab

I have an original explorer with the whole ear busted off for the last 2 years. I need to send in but just afraid of the down time. Your experience makes me want to send it in now more than ever. I just keep putting it off and putting it off because it doesn't get any worse and I even use it for a crutch. I still might wait till stuff drys up a bit for summer though.

had my 1st minelab 5 years still runs great and is solid. bought a 2nd one for a back up. no problems yet. my xlt , fisher cz7 and and surf master 2 all had several repairs . the down time for fisher was the pits and whites was not a lot better. i really dont see how whites and garrett can sell their high end detectors for the price they get. over priced junk! untill something better comes out and i see the results from the parks and feilds its minelab for me. the only other machine i have is a tesoro for planted hunts.

I have always had great luck with Minelab repairs and Mr. Schultz!
