I think the next person who cheats me is going to get charged.. No matter the cost.. Sometimes it is worth it...
I'm serious too. You may have to make a trip to do it..But fraud is chargeable.. Mail fraud, theft by deception etc... You just have to pursue it sometimes to make it happen.
