Amazing how holding a found item in your hand can take your memory back over the years to the day you found it. Greatest hobby in the world!
 
You know its funny,I could probably remember,the location of every find.Maybe tomorrow,break out the gold rings and the real loot thats locked up in safe.
 
I still vividly recall my first water gold find. What a beautiful morning that was, and then to have the little beach to myself.
When I shook the sand down in the scoop, revealing that little red stone ring. Oh man. I'll always remember that moment.!!
