I got a 800 ordered as I think they are going to sell fast and can be hard to come by for a while so many will just have to read about them while us that ordered early will be out using them.
The deal I like at Windycity detectors as your name goes on a list so when they are available they will let you know and you can decide if you want one for sure with a down payment and the rest before they ship, so you are not locked in if you decide not to get one.

Sounds like a good deal to me.
