Jim, I don't have the email you want but if you give them a call and let them know what the problem is they will tell you to send it in here:
Minelab USA, Inc.
871 Grier Dr., Suite B1
Las Vegas, NV 89119
Phone: (702) 891-8809

Put in a new set of batteries, turned the unit 'on' and absolutely nothing happens. Tried it with the nicad pack..same thing. Cleaned the contacts on the battery packs, and the contact springs in the housing...same thing..'Nothing'. Tried with and the without the search coil and X-1 probe..you guessed it..nothing. Seems that the only thing to do is to send it in before the really good weather gets here. Thanks for any help. Jim

Hey Mike; Don't know if you remember but we went detecting in Novemeber of 2003 when I was at a convention at the Cavalier. Anyway, this this is giving me 'fits & starts' the way it isn't working right now. I sure do thank you for the address, it might get put to good use. Nice to see that you're doing pretty good on the beach so far. Wishing you lots of good luck with that machine of yours. HH, Jim

Hi Jim,
Yeah, I remember hunting with you. Sorry to hear your machine is acting up. They'll take care of you though. I had to send my Elite in. They have a pretty good turnaround time. HH!
