I had send my out of warranty X-70 to Service Center in ILL. . I first was called when my until was received then call by tech and repair out warranty to replace keypad only $88.00 included shipping. The entire turn around from mail here from V.A. and mailed today from factory only 13 days. This great service and friendly people folks at Minelab!! Chuck

that is great to hear Chuck! I had heard they were turning things around and improving customer service. I spoke with 'John' at Minelab as I lost the arm-cuff thumbscrew. He said he would gladly ship one out for free, They were out of them at the time though. I since found the screw laying in my backyard. HH, Scott

yeah my local dealer said at the last Minelab dealer meeting they knew CS was their only weakness and was going to do everything possible to turn it around
