been calling all morning can,t get to talk to a live person voice mail only this is not a good sign at all always been hearing bad reports on minelab service maybe there true to bad for me and snoopy make a good produck sell high price then leave you hanging when it breaks don,t make for good feelings both bounty hunter and whites were fast and amazing on service issues you would think minelab would want that kind of rep also?????
 
Better watch what you say, Some People on here get pretty testy and make you look bad. There is no freedom of speech on this forum and you will be dinged if you badmouth minelab. Im sure i will be dinged again for posting my OPINION.
 
I'm sorry to hear that but am sure they will get back to you.-----Perhaps a very busy (for them) Monday morning has something to do with it?-------I called them on their toll free line last week and got voice mail--I left a msg. for them to call back.------Then I called their other toll free # (thinking perhaps I could get a "live person" on the line)--again, I got their voice mail.----Rather than leave a second msg., I just hung up.-----It wasn't 10 minutes & I got a return call from a technician to the second call I made.-----He said I didn't leave a msg. but they had caller I.D. and he wanted to get right back to me.-----We visited for several minutes and he was very polite & gave me all the time I wanted with questions, etc.-------Then later in the same day, I got a return call from the first call I placed to Minelab (the one I left a msg. on).--They also called to see if they could help me with any issues or questions I may have.-------Am I impressed with Minelab in this regard---YOU BET!------I think their service dept. is getting back on schedule (maybe better than ever).-----Their stated turn around time sounds good (I think he said 2 plus weeks for land machines)---some longer for the Excallibur (water machine) though.------Anyway, I'm just an old Minelab user----but---it looks like things are getting back on schedule since the Chicago move. :thumbup:-------------Del
 
yes my bad they did get back to me very good people im just on edgeabout me se trouble and losing its use this great time of year its fustrating i like getting out there and hunting this time of year soory guys my bad
