Minelab Support -Yellow knob covers problem

clypster

New member
I have an Excal that is about a year old and two of the Yellow caps have come off the knobs while I was out in the water. I want to replace them, but would hate to send them to minelab just for this. Has anyone had them mail them these caps so they can be installed?

I have used their website to ask this question twice and have never received a reply. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

I've had mine for about 2 1/2 weeks and had a yellow knob cap fall off already. Kinda pissed me off I spent 1100 bucks on a machine and crap is falling off already. It's a nice machine as far as what it does but the design could be a little nicer for the money they sell for. I'm getting the bubbling as well from the paint or sticker whatever it is. :(

I had a problem with an explorer that they did'nt respond to thru
their website also. Maybe a phone call is the only way they'll
listen.

I had a problem with the knobs rotating on spline when wet so have replaced all knobs with pointer style ones from Maplin at a cost of $7
