I just thought I would ask a few of you who have sent your detector in for repairs, how long on an average do they take. I'm sure a lot depends on the problem.
They have had my Explorer 2 since November 28th. I haven't heard a word from them yet and was wondering if I should call to double check. I don't want to be a problem bothering them.

Now is a very busy time of the year for them. Since it's too cold for may people in the North to be detecting, many people send their machines in for repairs, up-grades, ect...

Give them a call and they are usually pretty responsive.

I would call them right away. Don't wait, Ask to speak to Sandy. She works for Dick Schultz now and is awesome to deal with. I'm Sorry about your trouble, but they will make it right I assure you. Something must have happened trust me they will fix it ASAP.

Siggy,
I sent in my XS about two or three months ago. It took them about three weeks to call me with an estimate. Then about a week later I had the machine back.

Take care and HH - BF
