JUST BOUGHT ONE ON EBAY I LIVE IN FL TAMPA AREA AND WANTED TO USE IT AROUND HERE AND ON THE BEACH'S, I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE THAT I GOT RIPPED OFF BUYING IT THAT IT IS NO GOOD, DID I ? IM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED.WHAT WAS IT MADE FOR ? METAL DETECTING OR NOT ? THANKS JOHN

also can anybody tell me what they know about this detector, also a little about myself ive been interested in metal detecting all my life but never owned one,recently ive found in the dirt a 3 oz gold bracelet (nice!) and now im hooked on wanting to get into metal detecting now that i know their is stuff on the gound lost like that, thank you john

It is an older model but any detector made by Eric Foster is a good one. If you find it is not for you let me know I might be interested. Thanks

It should work fine on the beach if it is in good working order. It does not have an sat control so it probably will not work well inland.

Self adjusting threshold. This helps with re-tuning the detector after a target is found.

GOT THE MINI IMPULSE A FEW DAYS AGO AND IT IS WORKING FINE, IT FINDS EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. I HAVE FOUND AN OLD HORSE SHOE IN YBOR CITY IN TAMPA FL IT IS SO RUSTED AND FALLING APART IT MUST BE OLD. TRYING TO LEARN IT RIGHT NOW. ALLS I GOT TO SAY ABOUT IT IS I LOVE IT !!!. IT ALSO FINDS THINGS SO DEEP @ THE BEACH I QUIT DIGGING SO FAR I HAVEN'T MADE IT TO THE BEACH'S ON THE COAST JUST THE BAY BEACH'S RIGHT NOW. INLAND IT WORKS GREAT ALSO. CAN ANY BODY GIVE ME ANY TIPS ON USING IT ? THANKS JOHN
