Well the weather down Texas way was rainy on monday which is no problem for me except when you add the lightning equation, so Gulf Huntress and I went to the mall for some shopping. Well as you might imagine I was really fading from mall fatigue. Then suddenly through the ceiling windows of the mall the clouds miraculously parted and the sun shown brightly through. My mall fatigue immediatly passed and I got my second wind. Temperature was around 70. Told the Huntress that it was on for the evening/night hunt. Tide was over 1 foot high when I entered the water at 4pm, but I was working into a 847pm 1.1 low which I was looking forward to. Was soon able to work between 1st and 2nd bar. It was my 1st night hunt this season with the headlight. Ended the evening with the .57 clad and .925 ring and .925 earring with cz. Went ahead and saved the nut for Max to see.

Hey Gulf Hunter & Huntress, Looks like you did good for Mon. I was wondering when all that rain would go away. I got out to East beach Sun Morning about 6:30 am. Didn't do good but last Friday I found a men's 14k wedding band and cute tiny pocket knife on beach strip in front of the Galvez. Hope to see you at the Treasure Show in Tyler this weekend.
Happy Hunting!

The Huntress quite possibly could help you with that. Have fun at the show, will be looking forward to a full report. Oh, by the way received my 1st copy of E&W treasures magazine and have not even had time to take it out of the package. Are you getting in the water yet? 62 degrees ain't so bad in the wetsuit as long as it's around 60 or 70 outside.

Low 60 water temps and this weekend's forcasted for highs of 70. Come on down! Bring your wetsuit.

No wonder I never go back to Texas,,Had my first surfboard stolen off the galveston seawall,,,,,oh well,,,,,,,
