Monday Morning Special

Went out for a couple hours this morning... I was surprised. Today I was digging iffys and found trash but I kept at it. I found something that has been missing a while. The Barber was a iffy and I could only get a signal one way, it was so iffy that I almost passed it up. I found it under some roots of a tree, 7 inches down. The Buffalo nickle was the first item of the day.

Very nice finds! I wish I had been with you.

I found one thing that helped me, I changed the Threshold tone to 8 so to give me a higher pitch sound. (Like that high pitched sound)

I hunt with threshold tone at 8 as well. After testing, for my ears it was a killer on dimes and silver. Great finds.

I have even gone down to 1 to hear the difference in the TH tone. 8 is the number for me. What do you have the Variability set at?

Nice Finds Rich!!!!

It's always fun digging 1-way signals that turn out to be something good like a Barber Dime but can really be a pain when tree roots are involved. Congrats on the Barber find and also the Buffalo. Keep up the good work! Continued Success, Good Luck and HH to you.
