I dug this about10 years ago at an old homesite, it was just a blob of green corrosion so I threw it in the whatsit box. A year or so ago I was going through some of the stuff, decided I wanted to see what it was and stuck in in the electrolysis tank. It was originally gold plated, still a speck or two on it but no writing, and is 2.75 inches long. Is it a money clip, womens hair beret or ?.

It is a tie clip. My grandfather had one just like it when I was young. He loved horses.
