More and more impressed with 305

Everytime I get to go out I get more and more impressed with the 305 and the 15.5" DD MF coil. I have only been out three times this year and have already matched my silver count from all of last year. So far 3 silver and 3 wheats. Can't wait for better weather so I can go to more places.

Bob the 305 I bought in the beginning of 2010 and really started using it at the end of summer due to heart surgery.
But I will have to admit its a great detector. You meantioned the 15.5" DD MF coil ?
Did you mean the 10.5 DD or has someone finally come out with a larger coil ?
A lot of people buy the 705, but for using the 305 for one season only i was quite impressed.
Wish someone would come out with a SEF DD coil for it. Larger size.
Glad to see another person posting about the 305.
Also can't wait till the snow is gone., but expecting more tonight :-((

I meant the 10.5 DD MF. Went out again today and got more silver. Absolutely loving this unit. And thanks to a Cabela's mis-print got it for about $100 less than pretty much anywhere else.
