More great service form XP America

Had to post about the great service I've gotten from the folks at XP America. I've had my Deus for several years and the backphone controller stopped charging. I sent them back to Detector Electronics Group (XP America) and got an update on the problem and repair. Moe called to let me know the circuit and battery have been changed, my coils reprogrammed into the controller, and mailed back. All of this happened within one week! The kicker was, NO CHARGE!!! If you are considering getting a Deus and have any concerns of if you will have support if something goes wrong, forget those concerns and get a Deus.

You are so right. My remote would not charge, so I sent it to them. They called back and said xp told thdm to send a new remote if they could not figure what the problem was. I got a new remote.
