The vice-principal is Mexican and two of the flag t-shirt wearing kids are half Mexican.

Those two kids wanted to show their love for this country by wearing what they did.
Also, this was not a one time occurance, they usually wear them at least once a week.

5th of may is not a mexican holiday in mexico except in one tiny little town called Pueblo where they beat back the French in a battle more than 100 years ago. I bet 75% of those mexican kids that were protesting do not even know why it is celebrated here.

I am glad the school board stood up for the kids at least they have a level head.
