Hi, all. I hope everyone here is doing well. I'm turning 71 Thursday, August 7th. WOW!...........My wife Marcia and I are doing OK. FOR THE MOST PART...........
I have this 'osteo arthritis' that has been REALLY kicking me around the last few months. Almost every joint in my body is unhappy:rant:...........Walking for me is starting to get 'dicey'. My neck, shoulders, spine are competing for attention, :ranting:constant pain is now my middle name. Yes, it gets intense at times. BUT: THIS MORNING, I got my guitar out and changed the strings, tuned her up and sang/played a BUNCH of solid Gold gospel songs.......'Everlasting Arms', 'In the Sweet by and by', 'Softly and Tenderly'. and my #1 favorite to chase the pain away, 'THE COMFORTER HAS COME'. I still play occasionally for worship services and INCREDIBLY, my hands bother me the least of all. I have Rx pain relievers and Xtra strength Tylenol, AND MY VERY LOVING WIFE.:cheekkiss:. When I sing and play my guitar, I

do it 'LOUD AND PROUD', baby. The ONLY way to.................
I hurt and my old body is suffering from 'Arthur', surely........But; I CAN STILL LEAD CONGREGATIONS WORSHIPING AND GLORIFYING FATHER AND SON. AMEN, 'NUFF SAID! AMEN! PEACE AND LOVE TO ALL!!!!!😎

Steve, Prayers said for you and your wife. I have lower middle back pain caused by arthritis and it has caused me in the past at age 40 and 45 to have two hip replacements. My heart goes out to you. That arthritis can at times make one miserable. I'm glad that you are still able to play your guitar and play those old gospel hymns. Prayers said that you will be able To be out and about and be able to walk and swing the detector and be pain free.
