Mr. Bill or Eric Foster, question about Surfmaster PI??

Hi, I own 1 Whites Surfmaster PI and one of them is a Surfmaster Pro and my question is how to make it go deeper? I have been searching the internet looking for ways to make it more sensitive to gold and I would like it to go deeper but been having a hard time finding information. I am not worried about digging trash because I do alot of diving and that is part of finding gold in the ocean so discrimination is not a problem. What things can I do to make these detectors better? Larger coil? Any kind of adjustments? Is there a better underwater machine out there that would work better for what I want to do? I hunt mostly in the water so I need a good PI unit that would be waterproof, I don't dive too deep so it doesn't have to go 200 feet. I was thinking about the Infinium but heard that this metal detector makes tons of noise and has a big learning curve so I am not sure what to get. Also, I hear Whites is supposed to come out with a new PI but it probably won't be an underwater unit. What should I do? Any suggestions to my problem would be much appreciated!! Aloha

Drop me a email at: wcrabtre@comcast.net

Fill me in with a little more particulars to what you mean by "deep". Like how deep ? Need to know just what targets your looking for.

Thank you
Mr. Bill

Well I'd like to know what suggestions might be made regarding those questions...
