....... the Headhunter and Diver models of the Detector Pro line, look like they are using Fisher coils; is that correct? Also the 2.4 KhZ frequency,is that of the 1280 X also made by Fisher. I know the Shadow brand uses Fisher designs, is this a similar situation? Thanks.

I can understand the confusion about all the detectors, but what you have here is not quite correct.
The Headhunter VLF units were a circuit design that was purchased outright by Detector Pro from Fisher. Detector Pro
