Multi freqency

I'd be interested to learn if using BBS Tx pattern is in any way infringing on the FBS patents, and what the very FBS patents actually are. Minelab is not very clear about this. I'm aware of the expired BBS patent that (vaguely) describe the technology, but I'm not aware of the active patents describing the same Tx technology for FBS.
I'm not interested in copying anything from Minelab, and I came up with the pattern by my own mind gymnastics. Immediately I realised that I've seen such pattern somewhere, and was disappointed it was used by Minelab. The advantage of such pattern is that it enables sequential multi-frequency processing, and you may recycle the same Rx circuit for any number of frequencies. Easy. A whole thing may become incredibly simple and effective.
