Hi Folks; There was a MURDER on my street last night 11 doors up at 3 am. 4 People arrested. Everyoone on the street "knows" for fact that this guy was a drug dealer and that there are several ILLEGALS living there. Not Now. The Police busted all of them. Good Riddance.!!!! Someone set a fire there in the back yard last week.Now the guy is dead. I guess he did not take the last warning seriously. He did now. Sorry but I got NO pity for that guy. I say bag them all and toss the key. I'm ticked, these scum woke my kid up. They had an actual knife and gun fight in the middle of the street. They have no regards for anyone's safety at all. It will be on "ALL" the news stations tonight at 6pm. My kid gets hurt they won't have to worry about the cops. They'll have to worry about me.!!!!!!!! That's damned straight to.!!!!!! The cops here "kow" what these clowns are doing all over this 4 block area and they are doing "NOTHING" about it. Last week they had 3 houses burned down here. 5 weeks ago 2 guys were killed 7 blocks up the street. This area is nuts.!!!!!
I AM going to move out of here after I recover from the Surgery. I don't want my kid exposed to these scum bags. I have had enough. Anyway, watch the News tonight ok. PEACE:RONB

Sorry to hear about the murder and disturbances you and your daughter are having around you both! Lots of drugs and wickedness going on almost anywhere you go or live! I Praise God and Thank Jesus for the peace and quiet that I have had mostly in my neighborhood! One of the neighbors house was broken into and they were robbed many years ago, but haven't had too much going on since! North St. Louis County and St. Louis city is full of drugs and evilness with killings or beatings going on almost every day! There are parts of South County that have a few robberies and disturbances and an occassional house fire or someone dying! Been several bank robberies, gas stations and etc. robbed but they usually catch the robbers and killers rather quickly! Times are bad but getting worse like The Bible says it will, but we Christians should shine brighter and brighter by living righteously, obeying and loving Jesus as we try to spread His gospel in the land and across the seas!

May God protect and provide you both with safety and help you to find someplace that is more safe for dwelling and living more happily in peacefulness! Amen! Ma Betty

LOL Liz, you and I are alike! I pack a pistol and would not hesitate to use it IF it was necessary. We own several guns (rifles, shotguns, pistols - locked up in a gun safe). I wouldn't pull it out just for kicks, but wouldn't think twice about it in a situation that called for such an action..

Lisa, Yes, I think we seem VERY much alike I had always grown up around guns, but my dad never really taught me anything. Travis taught me so much after we got married! Like you, I would not hesitate to use a gun if necessary (and I don't aim to miss!) When Travis stays all night at relay for life once per year, I sleep with a loaded 357 revolver by my bed...he thinks I'm funny, but you just never know.

To endanger my kid is another.You can bank on it that I will act quickly and very harshly.The Bible says that"if someone is suffering from the gult of Murder, Let no one comfort them." "It would better for someone to place a millstone about their neck and cast themselves into the depths of the sea than to face me on Juddgement Day." a Priests FIRST duty is to protect the Flock.Any MAN would or should act in the same exact manner as I have stated I will. I have no problems in dong so. I believe that Jesus gave us the RIGHT to defend ourselves. But in doing so we MUST do so with an appropae measure of self defense. These nuts were literally having a knife and gun fight in the middle of my street.They were within feet of my front door at times. Sorry but bullets do not discriminate and they can and have gone through whole houses.I live on the First floor hence the first place to get hit is my place.That to me is a DRECT threat to my kids life not to mention mine. If my kid got hurrt I would absolutely go after anyone responsible regardless of who they are or even where they are.Bank on it.!!!!! Too me there are NO EXCUSES for it at all PERIOD. Yes I'm still ticked off about it. No I do not feel bad for the idiot that was killed. His own actions caused this mess. I do NOT feel bad for the killer either.They are BOTH responsible for the consequences of their actions and the FINAL outcome. God said to do what you can with Jesus' help and then stand firmly, faithfully and patiently for God to do His work! Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord, and I will repay! Just keep yourself and daughter protected in Jesus by leaning on and trusting in Him and out of danger and then He will protect and provide for your needs! I would be angry also if someone endangered or harmed any of my loved ones! The world is so evil and sinners are waxing worse and worse, but we Christians need to shine the loving light of Jesus to a lost world whenever we can and by God's Holy Spirit's guidance as He speaks to us and we obey the will of our Father in Heaven! Not telling you what to do but will encourage you, to take your anger and frustration over the recent event by your home, to your Lord in heaven through prayer the best you know how. For example, tell God you are angry, frustrated, you do not like what is happening, how you feel about the whole mess and wish it were not and then give him Thanks for ALL things (yup, even the trials and tribulation), and a please handle me Lord to fulfill your good plan and purpose, let it not be in vain, Amen (be it Gods Will).

Very good post Robert of Idaho! Our Lord Jesus is the One and Only God in Whom we can trust to cool our anger and frustration in times of trouble! Satan wants us to curse God and die, but we cannot do that, so the best thing to do is take it to the Lord in prayer and ask Him to help us in our times of anger, fear or whatever it may be, for God's perfect love casts out all fear and Jesus helps us to obey and thank Him in all things....good and bad! The closer we draw to Him in these trying times, the closer He will draw to us and keep us protected and provided for by giving Him praise and glory for what He has done for us for salvation and eternal life! Amen! I have learned to say, Praise the Lord and Thank you, Jesus, whenever satan tries to stir up trouble, which is much better than cuss words that satan would want to hear from us and then be mocking us by saying we aren't Christians! I have notified the Sheriff Dept, suggesting they contact the Drug Task Force. Had a 'box' truck stop down the street last night. Shortly after it left lots of cars were coming and going. This street is lucky if it had seen one car in several hours. Last night there were about 20 to 25 coming and going. There are other indications as well. Since the people moved in there is also a steady flow of about 5 or 6 small white trucks that come and go all day long. They stay a short while and then are gone for awhile then come back staying for a short period then leaving again. This is a mobile home park and not a commercial zoned for business area so whatever is going on isn't right. Our street is unlighted yet kids play well into the darkness and some adults walk alone in the dark. With all this traffic I am not liking the possibility a child or adult might not be seen and get hurt....or kidnapped.

Hope the Police find enough evidence to get these undesireables into the jails and off our street,

Praying that they will be gone and out of your neighborhood! Hopefully, the dealers and users will be arrested and sentenced for selling and buy, but with the way the courts are today and crowded with docket cases, it may take years...but in Jesus we trust and He can do the impossible for His Children's safety! yes your Post is of Scripture. My point here is that I will NOT stand by idle, doing nothing while my child is threatened in any manner. I absolutely do not "DOUBT" Gods Word. I know He will repay. That Vengeance is His. I do not believe that I have been double minded in this situation either. Thankfully I did not have to take any actions at all. I believe that God DID handle that situation in His Way. Do I get angry??? Yes. But It is what I do with that anger that determines right or wrong.I can feel like hitting someone. It is not until I do so that makes it right or wrong. I can feel like going and getting drunk. I can feel like robbing someone or something but it iss not until I actually do so that makes it wrong.That if I actually do so then it is me that will pay the price for my actions. That is why we have prisons.Yes I do feel anger over it. What I did with it is that I prayed about it. I still am. I do believe that God is in complete control of that situation; not me. Your right in that I MUST guard my heart. Feeling anger, depression, hatred etc. are all human feelings. If we did not feel these feelings then we would not be human. We would be gods ourselves and have no need to pray to Him for we would thus not need to do so.
Am I enduring trials right now?????? Yes. I am facing MAJOR surgery on September 28th. I have kid to think about. Do I worry??? Yes. But I do not rob, swindle, shoot, stab or fight anyone at all.Nor will I. What do I do??? Exactly as you suggested. I pray and I praise God. I let God handle it. He WILL.!!!! People who "know" me know that I am a very easy going, friendly type guy.That I do not knowingly hurt anyone. Nor will I. In this case I do not believe for one second that God would want me to stand by idly and allow my child to be hurt or even killed. I believe that if I did so God would probably be angrier with me than those guys. That when I met Him on Judgement Day He would probably say, Why did you not protect My child??? I don't know about anyone else but I am not into millstones these days, or ever.!!!! For by proxy, in doing nothing I will have in fact caused His little one to suffer.That to me is completely unacceptable. I believe that God would find it the same way.!!! I do thank God my, HIS, child was not injured. I thank God that the killer was captured.I have prayed that God remove and forgive me for my anger. I believe this to be righteous. I pray I NEVER have to be placed in that situation again.That I never have to pick up my hands in anger again. Yes there was a time when I did so without regards for the others well being.I have not picked up my hands in over 20 years. For me to do so scares me.I pray every day that I do not ever do so. If, Gd forbid, I ever must do so Yo can be assured that I WILL meet the situation head on. That I WILL meet the situation with enough force to, be it physical or verbal to quell the situation at hand. I do not want to but yes I will especially when it comes to my child's safety In this case I called the Police. They responded ASAP. One guy is dead and the other was captured that same day. One will be buried and the other is in prison. That to me is from God.!!! That in this case He was Glorified by the Final outcome.The wicked were cast down and the innocents were saved. For me I will continue praying about it and the other trials in my life. Thus in doing so I will give God the Glory. AMEN.!!! PEACE:RONB
