MX Sport Headphone Issues

Maiden Voyage, first 5 seconds. Adjusting to put on and snap! Plastic seems to be not as flexible as my other headphones. Has anyone else had this issue?
 
I have and if you call Whites factory they will mail you a replacement part, more than likely free of charge. They sent me one and replaced the part myself. If still in warranty you can send them in and they will do it for you. I purchased my mine used and Whites still sent the part at no cost.
 
Mine snapped in the same place! Called Whites and they sent out a new pair pronto...!! Also invested in a pair of Grey Ghost headphones.. Make sure you call them, they were fully aware of that issue and were more than happy to send a new pair.
 
Mine snapped too. Had them extended to fit my head from last time detecting went to put them on and snap. That was a surprise. Thanks for the info, I will be calling white's this week
