How is it going! Are you talking about the balboa park right off the 101 freeway off of balboa? Are you detecting downtown LA? I hit a lot off of Olympic and Alavardo about 10 days ago. It was fenced off for a long time. They are getting ready to move the two old houses and they took the fence down. I detected the lot for about 3 hours and gots lots of clad, lots of junk and some dodads but no old coins. Thought for sure I'd hit some nice silver there. Had to keep one eye open for some crazy guy that was going in and out of the house. I hit Arcadia park Tuesday and got lots of clad, two wheats from the 40's, 1 junk ring, and a boy scout pin. I was digging all solid hits trying for a gold ring. Must have dug 30 or 40 pull tabs before I got tired and started cherry picking for deep hits only.

Send me you're e-mail address and I send you some pictures of my finds. My e-mail address is randynorthridgeca@msn.com. Where are you going to detect this weekend?

HH Randy
