I knew it was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow so I thought I'd go check on it... Well... Surprise.. It's been rescheduled for Monday... Do they know it's me or something? <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D"> Guvner..

Never fails. Only once have I gotten a package when they said they would bring it! The last one came within 40 miles of my house and was then shipped another 175 miles north to Chicago and back to same place 40 miles away again and then south 14 miles and then back north finally to my doorstep. That thing was almost out of warranty before I got it! Man...what a ride that was. Now I always ask for PRIORITY!

Have had excellent resuts with UPS, one time the fellow put the wrong zip on it inverting numbers and it ended up 100 miles from me.Checked relative telephone and they got back to me and yep the next day it was in my hands..All a matter of bad luck one would guess...Guess there are horror stories for all the shipping outfits and with all the trading buying and selling going on indeed do a good job...Unfortunately at small UPS they do not have adequate shipping and yep may spend a day waiting to be picked up...
 
Well Guvner, just so you will know you are not alone. Last summer I had a box sent to me from Cal, to come to me in MS. When it didn't come by the day it should have I checked, and they had sent it to S.C. which sent it back to Cal, then they sent it back to me here in MS. So it does happen to other people besides you.
 
I play hockey with a UPS guy and he's amazed... I don't think he believes me... Guvner..
 
I believe you... some people just seem to have that luck. Good luck... I'd guess there is some overflow problems at the hub nearest you. Earth City wasn't it? I've only really ever seen one consistant problem like yours before. The one company I deliver to get stuff from the other side of Philadelphia. It's not unusual for 3 to show up one day and 3 to show up the next. I don't know why that is but it does happen to them too.
