My contribution for the day - litle over three bucks and a cute silver ring..

This evening's hunt started out to be one of my worst ever and I was really getting frustrated. I hit three playgrounds and found a total of fourteen cents. These places were totally devoid of coins as if they had been vacuumed and I hit one just as the kids were boarding the bus. . Also with the sour economy I don't think kids are getting the spending money they used to. Then on the way home I hit my last playground and things improved dramatically and I rounded up all the rest of the loot plus the ring there.

The lunch program is going "coin less" at most schools. Really will have an impact from here on out for those of us hitting the school yards and surrounding playgrounds.
As long as kids get an allowance every now and then I guess we will survive.
