So I just got my first metal detector a few months back and I probably have about 6 good trips to the beach under my belt and these are the highlights so far. The rings are stamped 925 and the clasp on the pendant is as well. Funny thing about the dollar is I hadn't seen one of these dollar coins in years and I got one as change on my way to the beach. Then I pulled one out of the sand! LOL I gave my AT PRO a go at a sandbar the other day and she was giving off real good signals but I forgot to bring my scoop! UGgghhhh Anyway, thank you all for your posts and info! I'm really enjoying the board!

Congrats on the finds and welcome to the hobby! I think you picked a great detector...the more you learn it you will really be suprised at the value of this detector. Those dollar coins don't seem to be very popular darn it..lol. I only found 9 of them last year. Never got any in change, only out of vending machines. Definitely nice to find..they add up quickly. If I could just get the beach vendor to give them as change......
