my first g2 hunt!

hunted a vollyball court today for about two hours. the g2 was very impressive and i am learning its language. did not find any gold or silver but i am impressed with the size(or lack of size) of my finds. hunted north and south in disc with everything below 41 disced out. then hunted east and west in all metal threshold set at -5 and experimented with full positive ground balance. had to drop down and wave sand in front of coil.....i need a sifter and a different scoop!!!!!!

Doing great with your detector and Congrats on the smaller finds! I liked the Volley Ball Courts when if I could get there before someone else did....the same with tot lots! As they say the early bird gets the worm and someone was sure getting out earlier than me! :sad: May God Bless you and Mike when you get together for the hunts! Amen! Ma Betty

mike, ..........let me know and i will plan a hunt and when you do come bring that 8 inch scoop with you and i will buy it !! biggest reason i haven't already is just the hassle of going out and getting a money order!
