my first gold ring 18 carat

this is a photo of all the rings i,ve found so far.the one in the middle with the big fake stone (I Hope Not) is stamped 18 carat on the inner band,was found today at a local park near the swimming pool..
 
to the expense of mounting a stone in 18K gold, I'd be inclined to think that it is a precious stone. Get it checked out and keep us informed. Randy
