My first rings:ausflag:

Fortunehunter

Went detecting with the Quattro on one of our Aussie beaches the other day and found my first rings.

Two nice silver ones.:wiggle:

The one on the right gave a reading of 38/39 with a high tone in both ferrous & conductive audio. The one on the left gave a reading of 35 also with a high tone in both F & C. I really got a surprise when I dug this one up as it was reading and sounding exactly like one of our $1 or $2 coins, which I also found plenty of on the day. The interesting thing about this one is that the outer ring rotates on the inner ring.

Really starting to get this detecting bug, especially when I find things like these. Can't wait until I find my first gold rings.:detecting:

Some really nice silver rings there Fortunehunter congrats on the finds . Im sure you will be finding plenty of loot with your Quattro . Oh the ring with the rotating center is called a Spinner ! Great finds ... :usaflag::clapping::minelab:

Yeah. It gets addictive real quick. Finding the gold coins is always great. Finding the unexpected like you did with the spinner ring; well what can I say?:detecting::detecting::detecting:
Well done.
Mick Evans.
