my first seated 1875 dime . found at my nieghbers tonite really nice coin just cant figure out how to get a good pic .. any suggestions ?
 
That's a mighty fine piece of silver! Plus your a better photographer than you give yourself credit.

Well, first you have to undergo surgery, then out of sheer boredom, spend a week taking pix of your finds, then playing with PhotoShop till your blue in the face. Then, after all that you to can simply crop, resize, adjust contrast, shading, sharpening , etc.... But, if you can skip the surgery part, I would recommend that. That Seated really is a nice find. The picture didn't need much work. If the focus is off to start with, there isn't much you can do anyway. So, you really did take a good photo, it was really a matter of cropping the picture and resizing it.

got my id excel today and went back to the same 10 ft area i found the dime and out popped this 1865 IH guess illbe hunting at the nieghbors for a while they have a large yard 60 acres to be exact.
