My Metal Detecting Find - What is it?!

Hi, totally new to this but found a few bits in ireland metal detecting.

The first one is a small gold indian looking elephant with 2 holes on top. Solid and pretty heavy. Good condiditon but parts of gold colouring are fading.

So.. do any of you know:
how old this'd be?
what it is?

Hi Amy,
I also think it is an incense holder...I am guessing not older than the 80's but I could be wrong. Whatever it is my Daughter "totaly thinks it is the Coolest" she loves elephants!

oh cool. thinking of selling it on ebay you reckon it is worth much?! guessing its worth about a pound haha

How about a pepper or spice shaker?

I would also guess an incense burner from the 70s. If the head unscrews or if there's an opening underneath, then possibly a salt or pepper shaker. Neat find and nicely detailed. HH
