This morning, she was gettin ready for church(WHY does it seem like it takes FOREVER for women to get ready to go to-FILL IN THE BLANK-theres NO WRONG ANSWER on this one)......Anyway,while she was puttin on her make-up,she was complaining about men coming over while she was gettin ready for WHAT-EVER;and having to put all her stuff away so they cant see her puttin it on-SO I told her "WELL,you're puttin it on in front of me"-She looked at me and said"WELL,YOU ARE NOBODY"....I guess I asked for it...

Hmmmmmm... She probably meant that you're nobody that she thinks she has to impress! Maybe she doesn't want the other men to see what all it takes for her to look pretty!!! As for why it takes women so much longer - we have a lot more to do. And we usually don't get in any hurry to get it done! My husband can be in and out of the shower in five minutes or less, and I'm thinkin. "MAN! Do you just let the water splash over you and then jump out????????????? Do you not actually W A S H ? ? ? ? ? ? And what about your hair???? You couldn't possibly have had time to wash it thoroughly!!!!!" Maybe we women are a little more thorough, plus we have more to do. And if your wife or mother-in-law are like me, I have to watch a few minutes of TV or run do some quick chore in-between each step of my "gettin' ready to go" routine!. How's that for an honest answer?

Well, us older folks, especially women, do take longer! We have to do so many things, like Lisa says, and usually go looking for something the so called husbands or brothers want, when all they have to do is take a shower, comb their hair, put on blue jeans and a shirt and they are ready to go! For church services women have to take time to dress up and soooo it just takes longer! Young mothers have themselves and their children to get ready for church and believe me that is a job within itself! Just be glad you don't have to help your mother-in-law get ready for church!!!! God Bless!
