my new fnds next door neighbors

This just a few minutes ago in my neighbors yard the small coin is a lira from italy i think 1954, but is it silver? anyone know? and the rock is something my friend found i think it is a geode but no crystals he thinks it may be some kind of fossil egg it is hollow and had the smaller rock inside it anyone know? thanks the bufffalo is 1927

Great finds!!! Are you sure its not an old macadamia nut??? The shells are rock hard and you need a hammer to break them. When I lived in CA my buddy had a lot of those trees in his back yard. They are tasty but a lot of work to get the meat inside.
