My old/new sand shark !!

I sent my old sand shark with a 10.5 coil back to Tesoro to have a 8 inch coil put on it .It should be here by Wednesday, can't wait !!
 
I heard the 8" coil can hit a nickle at 13" deep thats going to find the gold rings for shure,
 
Am very interested in hearing your thoughts on hunting with the 8 inch versus the 10.5 inch.
