my recent fla trip.

on my recent trip to fla i was able to do some detecting. i got to detect indian rocks, madeara, and stoped at the dunedin beach but did not detect. got the watch in the dry sand at dunedin (eyeball find). dont remember getting anything at indian rocks. got the cars, red rock, some clad and a snorkle at madeara. lost some good sounding signals through my scoop(kept falling through the holes)wich has no extra screening and got knocked off a couple targets and could not find them again. steped on a ray and seen large groups of them swiming by. had a great time detecting and will be on cloud nine when i finally get to move down there. anyone know what the red rock actually is?

Red rock is ,most likely, agate.I lived in all the places you mentioned, and think they are the best areas I ever lived in [i also lived on Gods Island in Tierra Verde].Hope to retire there myself.sam in mississippi

not positive where ill end up, probably wherever i get a job.

I lived in the Tampa bay area plus on AnnaMaria for over 25 yrs before moving and it sounds like ya had a good time-all ya needed was to step on fireants and a sand spurr or two then it would have been a complete trip-congrats on finds and I also think red rock is agate-good luck on future hunts
