My sex inch...

My six inch DD did a good job in the park!

We were working the permitted park once again. This summer have been wet and I couldnt belive that I missed all this coins. There is so much trash on this sight, you get good signals on every sweep.
I have been working this place during my early detecting-era 1979-1982 and now the last year when I toke up MD again.

It was a whole lot of digging and we were out for 5 hours. My brother was using his Etrac and scored a 23 carat goldring at 7 grams ..about hundred years old(not on image)

I was in all metal mode all the time, listening for thus high tones on multi.8 silvers found. On front in image. My brother had 13...bah..

Metal detecting is FUN!!....love it:wiggle:

Super results for a five hour hunt Mike!

How much do those Krona weigh?(they look BIG)

Great hunt,

Yes it was good session but nothing out then normal. There is just so much signals in the ground, and since I do all metal ,after a while the ears really get tired listening to the constant beep.

Almost every ground in Sweden is virgin ground due to prohibition of metal detecting( if you dont have the special permission)
So you can imagen how much diggable stuff we have.

In this place where I found this coins and of course a lot of bottle caps and other junk, is a park with a small beach. I cant beleive how much stuff still coming up. I have been working this place since 1979-1983 and now under a year when I took MD up again.

We are usually out for

Congrats on the great finds. I could kick myself for taking up MD'ing so late in my life because I spent all of my working career in Germany, Italy Brlgium and Italy and could only imagine the great finds I could have had.

Thanks guys!
Thinking of metal detecting makes me happy. Brings back the child in you, and also the good friends I have got with the same interest.
Cant wait to get to England iin september. 17 days of detecting on superb grounds with big chanse of getting real old silver and perhaps gold.

Old Longhair! The silver coin bigger size have a weight of 8 grans and its just about an inch in size.
The golden 10 kronor is great to find. Good signal TID 34 and doesnt corrode. Equal a dollar and a half.

Great hunting.
