For those of you who have a Deus and are kind of curious about how the ORX reacts/sounds or performs here is my simulated ORX coin fast program if anyone cares to try this with their own Deus remote. While running the same coil and frequency with the ORX simulated coin fast program on the Deus compared to my actual ORX in coin fast program, I get the same performance at depth and each machine responds the same on buried targets.
Give it a try you might have fun with it.
Based off of the Deus fast program. I just looked at the settings in my ORX manual and came up with the actual tone break myself. The tone break on the actual ORX I believe is around 64. So I raised it a little to break at 75.
Disc 6.1
3 tones
Expert settings for the tone pitch and break as follows; Low tone 200, Mid tone 502, High tone 725. The tone break in the middle section from 6.1 through 64 is on the actual ORX. The only difference I made personally was to raise the tone break from 64 to 75 on my simulated ORX. If you want to be exactly the same as the ORX just keep the tone break point at 64.
Sensitivity 90
TX Power 2 ( this is what my default Deus Fast TX Power setting is so I left it alone)
Freq 17.2 to 25.4 if you have the X35 coil. If you have the HF round coil run 14.4 to 31.1khz. (This is personal preference but those are what I use)
Reactivity 3
Audio Response 4
ID Normal ON. Again this is a personal preference
I am not sure if any of you care to try this program but I like toggling between this and a custom deep program I have put into my Deus. enjoy!!
