My son Tom his wife Edith and their two children need God's help

Pete in MI

New member
Tom is bipolar and yesterday (since he doesn't always take his meds like he is supposed to) did something stupid for which his wife called the Police. They took him to Bay Medical for his safety and treatment. Today Protective Services told his wife that Tom cannot return home until they have documentation from a doctor saying he is back to normal on meds. If he returns without that, she stands to have Protective Services take the kids away. Their rent is more than either one makes from SSI and so they need each other to keep a roof over their heads. I am unable to help in any way either. If he goes to an Adult Foster Care home to supervise his meds and give him a temporary place to stay, he would lose his SSI income. Like I say - They need God's help.

Also, Do they have a Lawyer ????? If not there are free Legal Services available that WILL provide a Lawyer for FREE. Have them check it out. They would be listed by either their city or State in the Directory. I hope this helps. It sounds like the Agency that goes WILD. They need to be tamed. A Lawyer does work ok. Lert us know ok. Will pray Pete for Tom and his family! They sure need a miracle from God to put them back together again and be a family! Sure would be nice if they prayed together and put the Lord first in the lives which I am assuming they don't! I pray that our dear Savior Jesus meets their needs and gives them comfort and peace along with godly wisdom and I pray that one or more good, faithful Christians will witness to him and them and help him to understand he needs to be taking his meds all the time! I know I need my anti-depressants and when I do without them I tend to be a mess until I'm back on them! Praying for peace and comfort for all of you in this trial, also! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
