Great. Keep up the good work and keep your eye on the goal. If you slip up a little do not allow that to bother you as we all have our ups and down when it comes to losing weight. I have been working on weight loss for almost a year and a half. I allowed my weight to balloon way out of proportion to what I should weigh. As usual I was riding that rollercoaster of lose a few gain a few. After losing a decent amount I was gaining it back faster than I had lost it so At the end of February last year I decided that I needed help in keeping myself on track. I joined Weight Watchers and it has been a pretty steady loss since then. I didn't know that i could eat that many fruits and vegetables. I have now lost 100 pounds (total) and have about 19-20 to go to be where I want to be. My goal is to be able to wear the Navy Uniform that I wore the day I retired from the Navy back in 1978. I plan on wearing that uniform to church on Memorial Day.

Hope you like the site.
God bless.

I lost 63 pounds before I went in the Army Warthog so I know how challenging it can be. Keep up the great work and hold your head high, you can do this!!! God Bless!
