high all, found this coin, and its just a bit worn :shrug: i have taken a few pictures of what remains of the actual markings and i am wondering if any of you eagle eyed people out there may be able to id it for me..................

i found it eight inches down and this is how it came out sorry about the pictures but i just can't get it right, so they can be enlarged, it was found in the uk, if you didnt already now that:wiggle: thanks.......
 
I'd start looking at coins with King George (maybe George the Third) on them. I think I see a G and part of a hair ribbon. I bet you can nail this one down.

How big is it. Where did you find it?

hi all, solved well spotted cwilk, it is actually a George 3rd six pence deliberately smoothed down,and bent, supposedly it was given as a love token, that only occurs in Europe, its dated approx 1819. thanks all
