National Geografic you suck!!!!!

if there is a agenda here to make people think we just want to plunder! This could make been so much better presented. These two morons abreviating every stinking thing they find....."it's civ!" Give me a break. Then by putting a $$$ value on EVERYTHING thing selling it to the first guy the see......heck yeah this is going to makes things worse for us. Take it off...I am finally in agreement with the archeologists...no more episodes!

I was always under the impression that the National Geographic channel was more of an informative channel but turns out it seems like more of a low budget, low quality reality TV channel. Diggers is very lame, to put it mildly.

I don't get the National Geographic channel...so I haven't seen the show.

I also haven't met these guys, but I have watched some of their YouTube videos.

That all said, looks like they REALLY screwed up by detecting the old prison grounds(state owned) without proper permission.

Now a second program is being released "American Diggers" that premiers on 3/20, or 3/21 by other accounts, at 10pm on Spike. This one is hosted by professional wrestler Rick Savage, the net is already buzzing about it "promoting glamorizing the looting of archaeological sites", blah, blah, blah ....

Let's hope for a better representation this time.

I saw that American Diggers and I thought I would barf before it was over. They sure down grade us people that metal detect. I will not watch any future shows that they produce. It was disgusting.
