Need help on detector choice!

Hello folks,
I have used a couple of Tiger Sharks for a while now, and appreciate how well they work. Now I need a lite in weight land detector. If you go to this thread (see link below) and scroll down and read from my post to the end you will see what I am looking for. Tell me what you think the best machine to fit the bill is. Thanks for your consideration!

You should take a look at the Tejon. Its love nickles, pull tabs and gold. Lite weight, you can swing it all day if your a young'un. If your older like me a good couple of hours.

You might go for Vaquero, it is extremely light (my favorite Tesoro is Tejon).

Another choice if you don't need/want to manually ground balance is the Cibola. I've been doing very well with it finding clad coins, and some cheap kids jewelry along with the usual pull tabs, screw tops and pencil eraser tips. Jimmie

The Golden uMax has 4 tones and an adjustable notch. Tones rule. The notch system will reject 60 - 70% of pulltabs when searching for ladies gold rings up to 4" deep. Ladies rings and pulltabs that are deeper than 4" will all beep, so the notch system is good only for the shallower ladies rings. Mens gold rings and class rings are out of range of the notch system and all will be rejected at any depth, yet coins will still beep. Zinc pennies can be notched out along with many screw caps. What I like most about the Golden is the tones, iron gives the lowest tone. The notch system can be used at the same time along with the regular Disc system, both systems will be working at the same time.

If your finding eraser tips that's a good sign, the next eraser tip might be a gold ring.
