Need help on which Tesoro to buy

Was wondering which Tesoro Detector would yu suggest to replace a Garrett ATPRO, for land use. I have a TigerShark and a Compadre and would like something for park hunts mostly. What would people suggest. I was thinking th Cibola or Golden, but will look at any other suggestions.
Thanks

IMHO those would be good choices, but if it were me, I'd go with either the Vaquero or the Outlaw due to the manual ground balance on either. In addition, the Outlaw is a very good buy with the 3 coils with poles etc.

Haven't heard to much good or bad about the outlaw.

Similar to the Vaquero with a few nice extra features, the disc range seems to be a little bit better, not quite as deep as the Vaq but very close and all that you need for park hunting.
Most other types of hunting, too.
Add in the fantastic deal with the 3 coils AND the extra lower rods and I would consider this one of the best values on the market for those hunters that enjoy the the Tesoro way of hunting.
As far as a pure park hunter, I would consider the Golden as one of the best because of those 4 tones and disc range, and what you can tell about targets once you get the hang of that notching width ability.

The Golden has the tones plus notching. Both very good features to have. But you will still dig some tabs when in Notch mode.

golden hans down

I am leaning towards the golden but am weighing my options as the snow will be here anyday. So I just need a replacement by spring

My Golden detects a dime in air tests at 8" with max sensitivity. But the tones drop out to monotone at 5.5" in air tests.

Just curious-what was wrong with the AT Pro? For parks, I would want the Golden. I have the Royal Sabre, an oldie but goldie, and it tears them up-especially the trashy ones.

I found the stock coil on the ATPRO to be to large. I didn't care for the target Id. I found it to be not really that accurate and I found it to be overweight.

I just bought a golden for parks and totlots and the notching features you can do is awsome, if you watch 53'silvers vid or mine it will give you an idea what it is capable of

What would I type in to find you video.
Thanks

Very informative video :)

you might get up to 7 to 8" if your not using disc or little and then depends on too ground mineralization if its high you won't get much depth, it is possible for a ground mod on these but not from the factory

If you are used to Screens go with the Cortez.
