This is an unusual cross/anchor... the ones I have seen have the cross in alignment with the anchor.

Any help with ID would be appreciated.

Found this small "claddagh" ring also; I'm sure it is a child's ring.

thanks for looking

A Kedge Anchor is a small anchor,Sometime's used occasionally,The captain might want to briefly move the ship without bothering with the main anchor. They were sometime's used for manoeuvring the ship in a harbour.A dropped kedge anchor provides a pivot point for swing the ship. You know !! Maybe I'm smarter then I think I am,What you think ??

Ya'll have fun now

Who's smarter...Mr. Smarter, or Mr. Smarter's son?

Ans: Mr. Smarter's son because.......he's a "little " smarter.

But another question lingers: what is this particular specie of kedge anchor?..It can't be a medallion...the tip of the anchor would pierce one's throat because of the position of the little loop.

Maybe I should go back to that beach and find the boat or yacht that used this one...would be kinda small , though:rofl::rofl::rofl:
