Try going into the CTX and bring up the Modes menu. Select a mode, then select Edit. Then scroll down and check if the Seawater and Pinpoint options are still there. If so, you must still have the upgrade. If not, the upgrade can be acquired from the Minelab website, under downloads..........HH
If you were refering to CTX settings or modes that you may have edited or created, I believe those will be lost when doing the reset.
