Need Prayers for a friend......

My friend Cindy, whom I went to school with, has a brother named Mike who need prayers. She sent me the following email:

" My brother Mike's cancer has returned, for the third time. It's spread to his lung, groin lymph nodes & into the muscle behind his eye. They've started him on some hard-core chemo but it will only maybe give him some more time. Kind of a double-edge sword situation, to say the least. We're hanging in there & still making each other laugh long distance. He lives in Arkansas, which makes it even harder. Thanks for the prayers, we really need them!"

Please pray for the Mike and the family. Cindy herself is a Cancer survivor and it has been in remission for three years. I know this is hard on her and her whole family. Please keep them in your prayers.

Prayers for Mike, Cindy and loved ones for God to give them the strength to endure and the power to overcome another trial in their lives! May the healing virtue of Jesus do a mighty, miraculous work and give them peace and His loving comfort to face whatever may come in the future! I will pray they will grow closer and closer to Jesus too and know for sure they will be with Him in heaven someday! Dear Lord, have mercy and grace upon MIke and Cindy and comfort them with your love! Amen!
