Alright you amazing group of brothers and sisters help me out. I use the Garrett 250 and have been told to wrap the search coil cable around the stem. I have done this but the cable works back down towards the coil. Has anyone had this problem? Is it ok to anchor the cable to the stem with a zip strip or should the cable not be that restricted? Looking for some advice please.

Yeah you can do that. Be careful not to kink it. Bring it to the meeting and I will take a look!
