NEL Sharpshooter coil on a f-44... OH BOY.. I'm gonna like this set-up...

Took the plunge and ordered the sharpshooter for the f-44.. Well we had 10 inches of snow here last tues but by sat most , if not all was already melted. Went to a nearby park with major snow sledding hills and started walking the bottoms of the runs looking for recent drops..

Lots of scattered change all over the place. Started raising the coil to see how high targets would still give good repeatable signals with NO jumping vdi numbers..

Nickels and dimes were hitting easily at 10 inches.. quarters 11-12 inches... Ya, I know this isn't much better the a modified air test to some folks, but when the ground thaws and becomes easy to dig, I'll see what this coil will deliver..

Will keep you informed.
